“Which commandment is the most important of all?” Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. The famous saying “love is a verb” is meant to evoke the reality that unless acted upon, love is only a superficial word which carries no true meaning.
Love is not just to be verbalized but also demonstrated. It is to be played out in our actions. It is to be lived.
