Building and Property Use Agreement

LifeBridge Community Church’s primary purpose is to carry on the mission of connecting people to Jesus by reaching the lost, discipling the saved and sharing the love of God with everyone. It has a desire to serve as an outreach to the community. The congregation is happy to have your organization share our facility.

So that all church members and outside groups can enjoy our facility we ask that you follow this guide and fill out the “Building and Property Use Agreement” and “Indemnity Release” forms below. You will receive a copy of the approved forms. These forms are to be used for occasional use of the facility, such as one-time only or for a few hours one day each week or month.

Building use activities fall under the jurisdiction of the LifeBridge Community Church Board of Directors. Requests for building use are managed through the Board of Directors. No commitment for building use is finalized until the “Use Agreement” has been approved and executed through the Board of Directors. Local organizations and individuals for one-time or short-term usage also may use the church building and property. When possible we will attempt to make our facility available to such groups. Our first priority is to congregational programs and membership needs. Priority is given to nonprofit groups that are supported by the church and finally to other nonprofit organizations.

Approval for the use of the grounds and/or facilities of the congregation does not constitute or imply endorsement of a group, their mission, or their position. Groups approved to use congregation facilities are not to advertise the event in such a way as to imply endorsement by the congregation. No activities or advocacy may take place within the congregation, its buildings or grounds that conflict with the practices of this congregation and the LCMS.
