NOTE: We will start our new study on Luke & Acts on January 2, 2022.
“It seemed good to me…to write an orderly account for you,…that you may have certainty concerning the things you have been taught.” ~Luke 1:3-4
So begins the Gospel of Luke, where we hear about the prophecy of Jesus, His life, His death, and His resurrection. Luke then follows up with the book of Acts where he begins with the Ascension and ends with St. Paul in Rome.
The Life of Jesus and the start of the New Testament Church!
That’s a lot of great stuff and Luke was careful to record it so all might know and believe in Jesus.
Acts 2:42 tells us, “they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.”
May we devote ourselves to this — for the glory of God and the faith of others!
Join us as we explore: Sundays, 8:30 AM in the café, starting in January, 2022.
We are continuing our journey through the book of HEBREWS!
Today: We see today how Jesus both starts and completes – perfects – our faith!
